Registration Terms & Conditions

For cancellations submitted in writing to the organizing secretariat until April 15, 50 € will be withheld as expenses for secretariat support.
For cancellations submitted in writing to the organizing secretariat between April 16 and until May 10, 60% of the total registration cost will be withheld as cancellation fees.
No return of funds is possible for cancellations submitted after May 11.
